What Brava is (owner clarity)
Brava is not

• HR
• therapy
• a culture initiative
• a morale program
• a consultant who drops in and leaves

Brava is

• an embedded Business Health Strategist
• a performance oversight layer
• an execution stabilizer
• a profit protection system
• a leadership reinforcement structure

We monitor, calibrate, and reinforce business health monthly — with weekly accountability to keep execution consistent.

The role you’re installing

Think of this like a professional sports team: players execute, coaches guide — but performance staff maintain readiness. Brava is that layer for your company.

Brava helps you

• detect internal friction early
• prevent burnout before turnover
• reinforce accountability before drift
• protect margin before leakage compounds

This is structural

We’re not here to “motivate” your team.
We install clarity, cadence, and reinforcement that makes performance sustainable.

Why authority must be locked first

Without clarity, execution slows and participation gets tested. Authority clarity prevents resistance later — that’s why this form exists.

Without clarity

• managers don’t know how seriously to take Brava
• employees test participation boundaries
• strategists lose leverage
• execution stalls

With clarity

• clean leverage from day one
• faster buy-in
• consistent cadence
• better execution without chaos

5) Cadence Allocation (Locked)

What meetings vs. Slack messages include
Brava is capped and structured on purpose. You choose how communication happens — the cadence stays locked.
Live calls (Zoom/Google/Phone) are for alignment + decisions: priorities, blockers, ownership, accountability, sensitive issues.
Slack messages are for execution + confirmations: weekly objectives, quick approvals, “done / in progress / blocked,” brief updates.
If Slack is selected, responses are required within your chosen response window so execution doesn’t drift.
These touchpoints can be calls or Slack briefs — you choose the format below.
Managers can still receive weekly objectives and confirmations via Slack even if 0 touchpoints are selected.
This keeps approvals fast and prevents execution drift.
Slack free plans limit group huddles — group calls will be done via Google Meet or Zoom.
