Brava Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Effective upon purchase or engagement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Brava (“Brava,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing, or engaging Brava services through any payment link or invoice we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
Brava provides business health evaluation, insight, strategy, and implementation support designed to help business owners and leadership teams identify operational, leadership, people, and performance friction and address it systematically.
Brava is not an HR service, legal service, medical provider, or therapy provider. Our services are advisory, evaluative, and operational in nature and are intended to support decision-making, execution, and business health improvement.
2. Engagement & Authorization
By completing payment through a Brava payment link or paying an invoice issued by Brava, you authorize Brava to begin services immediately or as otherwise agreed.
You confirm that you have the authority to engage Brava on behalf of your organization and to participate in evaluations, implementation support, and ongoing engagement activities.
3. All Sales Are Final — No Refund Policy
All Brava services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our work — which includes reserved capacity, proprietary evaluation systems, strategic analysis, and ongoing engagement — all sales are final once payment is processed.
- No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or early termination.
- No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with insights, findings, or outcomes.
- No refunds are provided due to changes in business circumstances or internal priorities.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Brava does not guarantee specific financial, performance, retention, cultural, or operational results. Outcomes depend on many factors including leadership decisions, execution, internal adoption, and organizational context.
Brava provides clarity, structure, and implementation support — not promises of specific results.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective engagement, clients agree to:
- Participate honestly and in good faith
- Provide accurate information when requested
- Allow reasonable access to leadership and teams as agreed
- Respect the boundaries and professional role of the Brava strategist
6. Confidentiality
Brava treats all business and employee information as confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of delivering services. Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used internally to improve Brava’s methodology.
7. Intellectual Property
All Brava methodologies, evaluations, frameworks, analysis tools, reports, and materials are the intellectual property of Brava and may not be copied, distributed, or reused outside the client’s internal business use without written permission.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the agreed billing cycle or contract terms. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brava shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Brava during the applicable service period.
10. Support & Contact
For all support, questions, or communication regarding Brava services, please use the Contact page on our website.
Brava does not provide support via direct email outside of established engagement communication.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment through a Brava payment link or paying a Brava invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
